Hatod operates in designated service areas managed by local providers. Each area has its own set of partner stores and available riders. Check the app to see if your area is covered.
All orders are currently paid via Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the rider directly when your order arrives at your doorstep.
Delivery fees start at PHP 25-30 depending on the vehicle type (motorcycle, bicycle, or tricycle) plus a per-kilometer charge. The exact fee is calculated and shown before you confirm your order.
Yes! Download the app, register as a rider, and submit your ID for verification. Once approved by your local service provider, you can start accepting deliveries and earning.
Register as a seller in the app, set up your store profile and menu, then wait for approval from your area's service provider. Once approved, customers in your area can start ordering from you.
Papalit (Tagalog for "please buy for me") lets you send a rider to purchase items on your behalf. You provide a list, a store, and a budget — the rider buys and delivers everything to you.
Unverified accounts have a per-order limit (default PHP 300). Upload a valid government ID in your profile to remove this limit and unlock full ordering.
